Information we do NOT collect:

  • Credit card numbers, bank account details, or any payment card information. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, Wise, Buy Me a Coffee) who handle this data directly under their own privacy policies.
  • Government-issued IDs or social security numbers.
  • Sensitive personal data such as health information, political opinions, or religious beliefs.

3. How we use your data and legal bases (GDPR)

  • Order processing and delivery — legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Customer support — legal basis: performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to queries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

  • Resend (transactional email delivery)
  • Vercel (website hosting, infrastructure, and anonymous analytics)
  • Third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Wise, or Buy Me a Coffee), who handle payment information directly
  • Google Analytics (only if you accept analytics cookies)

All of these providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data-processing agreements and only receive the minimum data necessary to provide their service.

6. Data retention

Order-related data (name, email, order details) is retained for 3 years after purchase for tax, accounting and customer support purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Marketing email subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Contact-form messages are retained for up to 24 months.

7. International data transfers

DigiClub is operated from the United Kingdom. Some of our service providers (for example, Supabase, Resend, and Vercel) may store or process data outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. When this happens, we rely on UK International Data Transfer Agreements, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, and other appropriate safeguards to protect your data.
